Add the onion and lightly saut\u00e9. Add the chili beans, tomatoes, chili sauce, and garlic, and season with the spices. It should already taste quite good, otherwise, continue to season. Bring everything to a boil and let it simmer for about 10 minutes (be careful, it can easily burn).<\/p>\n<p>Now add the ground chili peppers and let it boil. It should now be so spicy that it is almost inedible (the maddening effect). Let it simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Add the sour cream to mellow it out a bit. This is important to achieve the perfect taste and the right level of spiciness.<\/p>\n<p>Serve with plenty of bread and enjoy it all.<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">For risks and side effects, ask your doctor or pharmacist<\/span><\/i>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"RECEIPT\">\n<h2 id=\"Ketchup\">Recipe for Chili Ketchup<\/h2>\n<div class=\"LEFT_CONTENT\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n500 g ripe tomatoes<br \/>\n200 g red bell peppers<br \/>\n100 g onions<br \/>\n200 g vinegar<br \/>\n20 g salt<br \/>\n80 g sugar<br \/>\n1 teaspoon soy sauce<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder<br \/>\n1\/2 to 1 habanero pepper, depending on desired spiciness<br \/>\n1 teaspoon parsley<br \/>\n1 teaspoon chives<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dill<br \/>\n1 teaspoon lovage<br \/>\n1 bay leaf<br \/>\n20 g starch<br \/>\nSalt, pepper<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"RIGHT_CONTENT\">Cut tomatoes, bell peppers, habanero pepper, and onions into cubes and briefly bring to a boil with a bay leaf. Cook together for about 15 minutes, then strain the mixture through a sieve.<br \/>\nAdd the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper, and let everything simmer on medium heat for another hour. If the ketchup is not thick enough yet, either cook it longer or thicken it with some starch.<br \/>\nFill into a sterilized glass container, let it cool, stick on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chilifan.de\/images\/chiliketchup.png\">label<\/a>, and store it in the refrigerator. The ketchup can be kept refrigerated for a long time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"Spaghetti\">Spaghetti with Chili Sauce<\/h2>\n<div class=\"LEFT_CONTENT\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n250g spaghetti<br \/>\n100g minced meat<br \/>\n1 carrot<br \/>\n1 small onion<br \/>\n1 garlic clove<br \/>\n50 g bacon<br \/>\n200 ml beef broth<br \/>\n100 ml red wine<br \/>\n100 ml cream<br \/>\n1 can of tomato paste<br \/>\n1 habanero pepper<\/p>\n<p><b>Spices:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Salt,<br \/>\nPepper,<br \/>\nOregano<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"RIGHT_CONTENT\">Finely chop the onion, garlic, and carrot. Saut\u00e9 the finely chopped bacon together with the chopped vegetables in some melted butter. Add the minced meat and fry while stirring constantly. Add the tomato paste and deglaze with the beef broth and wine. Bring to a boil, season with oregano, salt, and pepper, and let it simmer covered on the lowest heat for 1 hour; adjust the seasoning.<br \/>\nFinely chop the habanero pepper, add it to the sauce, stir in the cream, and let it simmer for another 20 minutes.<br \/>\nCook the spaghetti until al dente, then mix with the finished chili sauce.<\/p>\n<p>By the way, the sauce also goes well with other types of pasta.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"Vindaloo\">Recipe for Lamb Vindaloo<\/h2>\n<div class=\"LEFT_CONTENT\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n15-20 dried red chili peppers, such as cayenne or serrano<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin seeds<br \/>\n6 cloves<br \/>\n5 cm cinnamon stick<br \/>\n10 peppercorns<br \/>\n1\/4 star anise<br \/>\n1 tsp poppy seeds<br \/>\n1 piece of fresh ginger (5cm x 5cm)<br \/>\n6 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 tbsp tamarind<br \/>\n4 tsp apple cider vinegar<br \/>\n700 g lamb meat (cut into cubes)<br \/>\n75 ml oil<br \/>\n3 onions, finely chopped<br \/>\nSalt<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"RIGHT_CONTENT\">Soak the chili peppers in a little water. Process all the spices, ginger, garlic, and tamarind with the vinegar in a blender until smooth. Rub a little of this spice mixture into the meat and marinate for about 15 minutes.<br \/>\nHeat the oil and saut\u00e9 the onions in it for 15-20 minutes until brown. Add the remaining spice mixture and continue to saut\u00e9 for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 2 tablespoons of water as needed.<br \/>\nAdd the meat cubes to this mixture and saut\u00e9 all sides for 5 minutes. Add 1 liter of water, season with salt, and simmer on low heat until cooked.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the preserving effect of vinegar and oil, Vindaloo is especially suitable for freezing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"Chilischnaps\">Jelzin&#8217;s Revenge<\/h2>\n<div class=\"LEFT_CONTENT\"><b>Ingredients:<\/b><br \/>\n1-2 habanero peppers<br \/>\n1 liter vodka (40%)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"RIGHT_CONTENT\">Quarter the habanero peppers or pierce them with a fork. Then add them to the vodka and let them steep for at least one week, preferably longer.<br \/>\nIn my opinion, it is a nicely aromatic vodka that burns a bit more than you are used to.
